Know which TrackLedger site to use for marketing, guides, login, registration, and app workflows.

TrackLedger has two public homes: the marketing and guide site, and the logged-in app.

The app root, https://app.trackledger.io/, opens the login page.

No account work happens on the static site. When a user needs to log in, register, join a club, enter an event, or manage a club, send them to the app.

  • waivers, sign-in, and scrutineering

The app login page links back to the guides, so users can get help from either place.

First Step by User Type

New member or driver

  1. Open member registration.
  2. Create your account.
  3. Verify your email when prompted.
  4. Complete your profile and emergency contact.
  5. Add licence and vehicle details if you plan to drive.

Existing member

  1. Open app login.
  2. Check membership status.
  3. Review Enter an Event before submitting an entry.
  4. Review Event Day before sign-in opens.

New club admin

  1. Log in or create a personal account.
  2. Submit a club application from the app.
  3. After approval, complete club profile, membership, waiver, checklist, billing, and first event setup.
  4. Follow Club Admin Getting Started.

Existing club admin

  1. Log in at app.trackledger.io/login.
  2. Choose the club from the admin area.
  3. Review the dashboard for setup tasks.
  4. Follow Create and Run an Event when preparing an event.

Common Questions

Where is my dashboard?

Dashboards are inside the app. Open app.trackledger.io/login.

Where are the guides?

Open trackledger.io/guides/ or use the Guides link on the app login page.

Why does app.trackledger.io open login?

That is expected. The app landing page is the login page.

Send trackledger.io for public marketing or guide pages. Send app.trackledger.io/login when you want someone to log in or create an account.
