Use this glossary when a label appears in TrackLedger and you want the short version of what it means.
Club Relationships
Follower
Someone watching or following a club without full membership. Some clubs allow followers to enter selected events.
Member
Someone with an active membership record for the club.
Club Admin
Someone who can manage club operations such as settings, members, events, waivers, and scrutineering.
Club Owner
The owner-level club role, usually assigned when a new club application is approved.
Event Roles
Driver
A driving entrant. Driver entries can include vehicle, licence, run group, numbering, sign-in, waiver, and scrutineering steps.
Media
A person attending for photography, video, or media coverage.
Volunteer
A person helping with event operations.
Spectator
A non-driving attendee.
Club Application Statuses
Pending
The application has been submitted and is waiting for review.
Approved
The club has been accepted and can be managed in the app.
Denied
The application was not accepted in its current form. The applicant may need to revise details before trying again.
Invite Statuses
Pending
The invite has been created but not used.
Accepted
The invite has been used and the membership or role change is complete.
Revoked or Expired
The invite can no longer be used.
Entry Statuses
Applied
The entry has been submitted and is waiting for club review.
Approved
The entry has been accepted.
Waitlisted
The entry is waiting for space to become available.
Rejected
The club declined the entry.
Cancelled
The entry was cancelled by the member or club.
Payment Statuses
Pending
Payment is expected but not complete.
Requires Action
The member or entrant needs to finish checkout.
Paid
The payment provider has reported a successful payment.
Fulfilled
The app has applied the payment to the membership or entry.
Event-Day Statuses
Signed In
The driver has completed event sign-in.
Passed
Scrutineering has been completed successfully.
Reinspect
The vehicle needs another review before it can be cleared.
Failed
Scrutineering did not pass and follow-up is required.
